Cure Kids Ventures Ltd will generally invest $200,000 to $500,000 into any one investee company

Investment will include, where appropriate, a maximum of $250,000 in matching co-investment from NZVIF, New Zealand Venture Investment Fund (through its Seed Co-Investment Program)

Further co-investment funds may be accessed as needed.

Terms are negotiable, with possible investment instruments including equity, debt and hybrids

Investee company must be a privately owned business with majority of assets and employees in NZ at the time an initial investment is made

Board representation in investee company will be required

Investment Costs a 4% transaction fee and all legal costs are to the account of the investee company on completion of an investment

Anticipated exit from investee companies in 5-6 years, with strategy to be agreed
