Scope the business opportunity and check alignment of investment goals

Validate that the science and business opportunity is sound

Negotiate term sheet

Initial approval by Cure Kids Ventures and NZVIF will result in full due diligence review being undertaken

Final approvals and sign off will be required from the Cure Kids Ventures Ltd Board and NZVIF

Indicative timeframe for full investment process is 3-4 months
